Who do I call when I can't go to work? When do I call?
If you are late or absent, you must call your local OneSource Staffing Manager. Do not call your job site unless otherwise instructed. We have 24-hour voicemail to handle your calls during off hours. You are required to call off before your shift begins.

When does my timecard need to be turned in?
If you work an assignment that requires you fill out your own timecard, you need to turn the timecard in no later than Tuesdays at 8 a.m. in order to get paid that week. Timecards turned in past this time will be processed and paid on the following Friday.

Where can I get a timecard?
You can print out a timecard by going to the Forms section of this site or by visiting your local OneSource office and requesting one. A new timecard is also included each week in your paycheck.

When do I get paid?
Employees of OneSource Staffing Solutions are paid on a weekly basis. Checks are handed out in the local offices on Friday's beginning at 10am. If you would like someone other than yourself to pick up your paycheck, you must first call OneSource to give permission. Otherwise, any checks not picked up are mailed out on Friday evenings. Direct Deposit and a company Debit Card are also available to employees.

How do I sign up for Direct Deposit or a Debit Card?
Print and fill out the Direct Deposit or Debit Card forms in the Forms section of this web site and bring them into your local OneSource office along with your account information. Direct Deposit and the Debit Card take approximately two weeks to be processed and activated.

Does OneSource offer health insurance?
OneSource Staffing Solutions offers health insurance to all of its employees. The OneSource Staffing Solutions insurance program has been designed as an enhancement to your association and employment with our firm. Our intention is to provide real and usable group benefits to you at a minimal cost. By participating in, and providing this assistance, OneSource Staffing Solutions hopes to demonstrate our genuine concern for you and your family's welfare, and at the same time offering our appreciation for your valuable contribution.

The providers under this plan are SAFECO Insurance Company and their administrator Select Benefit Administrators, Inc. They were selected, at least in part, because of their sensitive, courteous, and professional claims and customer servicing record. We expect that they will provide OneSource Staffing Solutions employees with prompt, efficient and friendly help when using these benefits. OneSource Staffing Solutions management invites employees to take advantage of this program because it has been developed for you, our family of valued staffing associates.

How much does the insurance cost? How do I sign up for it?
Should you enroll and authorize the expense, OneSource Staffing Solutions will payroll deduct $.27 per hour to pay for this coverage. OneSource will pay the balance of your premium and will not increase your payroll deductions to cover your eligible dependents. You can sign up by printing and filling out the Safeco Insurance forms in the Forms section of this web site and returning them to your local OneSource Staffing Solutions office, or by going to the office and requesting the forms.

Do you provide transportation? How do I sign up?
Some of our offices do provide transportation to and from the client site. Inquire with your local OneSource Staffing Solutions office to see if they participate in this service. If they do, you would need to visit the office and fill out the required paperwork.

How do I get a referral bonus for referring another employee to your agency?
When referring someone to OneSource, be sure to instruct him or her to put your name down as the person who referred them on their application. Then, once they work 80 hours for OneSource Staffing you are eligible to receive your bonus. Note: you must be currently working to be eligible for the referral bonus program.
